Return Policy

If you received your Whitney Howard Designs order and don’t completely love it, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of the ship date for a refund (minus the shipping cost) to the original method of payment. The merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and the original packaging and invoice must be included. We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. This may take 2-3 business days for the refund to post depending on the card issuing bank.  

We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return your order through a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return.

Gift Returns:  If you received a gift purchased from our website, you may return it for a gift credit for the value of your return. A store credit will be mailed to you in the amount of the items. You must include the original packing slip, the order reference number and your email address to receive a store credit. 

Please Note: We do not provide refunds for sale items, and we are unable to process returns for items purchased at retailers other than www.whitneyhowarddesigns.com
